The real purpose of yogic training is not only to perfect the every asana and looking for challenging one to tackle. The yogic attitude is to share the most precious thing to others, to find the true harmony and happiness.

Love is shared without any boundary.Our yoga instructors devoted their love unconditionally to the children at India by giving Karma Yoga. Happiness is the greatest wealth, wealth is not measure by possession of monetary. Breathing: It is important for you to breath through the nose unless specific instructions are given to the contrary. Coordinate the breath with asana practice could make you feel more comfortable & hold for a longer time.

Myths about Yoga

Myth # 1 Yoga is a religion.

Yoga is not a religion. It is just a practice like prayer, meditation, or lighting candles which can be used by people from many religions (or none at all). While traditional yoga focuses more on the spiritual, today many people use purely physical yoga just for exercise. Yoga promotes freedom, so you should not be held bondage to someone else’s beliefs. You should be free to live whichever way is right for you.
