Philosophy
Yoga is a science that is approximately 2500 years old. The bases of this science are the “ Pantajali Yoga Sutra’s”
Yoga can be studied at 2 levels:
- Preliminary level: yoga in modern society
- Advanced level: yoga on a spiritual level
Yoga is the highway to happiness and prosperity:
- While doing asanas (yoga postures) be happy, enjoy the pose
- Happiness is part of practicing yoga
- Yoga is the tool for personality development
Yoga is a journey of evolution:
- Yoga practices can be used to correct the disorders in the body, to purify the mind and to train the intellect
- Yoga is a science of Personality development that helps in physical condition, mental control, emotional balance and intellectual developmet
There is more to yoga than just Asanas (postures):
- Yoga Asana does not mean exercise
"Sthir Sukham Asanam"
Asana is a steady and comfortable posture

Yoga
(Pure)
A slow flowing class starts and ends with Omkar chanting. The practice combining Yoga Posture in Supine, Prone, Seated and Standing Position. Beginners or those who just want to have a gentle stretch.
[60 minutes]
Precautions: Pregnant women / people with a pre-existing medical condition such as heart disease
Benefits: Increase flexibility, toning of muscle, complete detoxification, gentle massage of internal Organs of the Body, Increasing lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons.

Yin & Yang
½ Hour Yin Yoga practice targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, lower belly and spine. It applies long, passive holds (no standing poses). ½ hour Yang Practice with all standing poses with flowing movements. Beginner/ intermediate practitioner.
[30 + 30 minutes]
Precautions: Pregnant women / people with a pre-existing medical condition such as heart disease/people with serious disc problem & spinal injuries
Benefits: Yin Practices raises one’s vitality, increases flexibility and mental energy, and is calming for the mind and spirit. Yang practice will be enhanced by balancing it with this contemplative style.

Yoga
(Restorative)
A gentle, blissful, healing practice. All postures are maintained for longer period to work with connective tissues and internal system of our body. Some of the practices are supported by props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) and aromatherapy. Beginners & intermediate practitioner.

Precautions: Pregnant women & people with serious disc problem & spinal injuries.
Benefits: Benefits the same as Pure Yoga above. Deeply relax and de-stress; further explore the practice of yoga.

Yoga
(Sun & Moon)
A challenging class through the Vinyasa flows of Surya and Chandra Namaskar (Sun & Moon Salutations). Beginners & intermediate practitioner.
[60 minutes]
Precautions: Pregnant women / people with serious disc problem & spinal injuries/ Anyone who has not exercised for a long time.
Benefits: Benefits same as Pure Yoga.
By practicing various strengthening stretches and holding postures, as well as integrating soft, surrendering flowing movements, we prepare the body to move with grace. We balance the strengthening energy of the physical form and the wisdom of our higher nature.

Therapy
A blissful and healing practice yogic technique like Asana practices, chanting of mantra, candle gazing, cleansing, and yoga nidra.
Student with common diseases/ serious depression.

Precautions: It is essential that student with serious illness before undertaking yoga therapy a full medical examination report is required
Benefits: The practice is intended to inspire student to practice yoga and to raise themselves out of their condition and live better.

Flow)
A vigorous, challenging class through the Vinytasa flows of posture, full body fitness-based yoga practice.
Intermediate practitioners.
[60 minutes]
Precautions: Pregnant women/those who are very overweight or obese/ people with serious disc problem & spinal injuries.
Benefits: Benefits same as Pure Yoga. It emphasizes on strength, stamina, flexibility and proper posture.

Yoga (Prenatal)
A gentle, blissful practice helps women through the evolutionary process of pregnancy. It providing a healthy physical and emotional outlet for one's experiences, and ultimately preparing one for birth on a holistic level. For women 3rd to 8th month of pregnancy.
[60 minutes]
Precautions: Pregnant women who has heart, lung & serious disease.
Benefits: Prenatal yoga helps increase strength & flexibility, reduce lower back pain, reduce swelling around the joints, improve emotional and digestion during pregnancy. It also helps to facilitate the labor process.

Yoga
(Kids)
The main focus on Kids Yoga is on FUN. Often the children will pretend to be the animal for which the pose is named. They are encouraged to fully participate in and enjoy the 'game of yoga. For children aged 3 to 9 years old.
[60 minutes]
Precautions: Kids who are very overweight or obese.
Benefits: Yoga helps to build a child's self awareness and self esteem, as well as improving concentration, while increasing body strength and creativity.
