We've turned traditional Pilates upside down by using suspended hammocks. You'll get all the benefits of Pilates but with the added ability to hold challenging postures longer, as your joints decompress, you'll be able to stretch further for longer and with less strain.
There are 2 different type of posture in Aerial Pilates
This group of postures lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in your body in balanced position with the support of hammock. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.It help to tone up the core muscle, better body alignment and to avoid overuse of joints when practising.
Strength & Tone :
This group of postures take steps to increase muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips , and buttocks.The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control with a strong emphasis on technique.You might begin to feel sore about few counts after practising!
