Instructor Leave Application

Words for instructor : 

1. Leave application Shall be made at least 3 days before your scheduled class. ( unless emergency) 
2. You may do your best to make arrangements to have a qualified replacement teacher to cover your scheduled class
3. If you are not able to find any replacement teacher, we will try our best to arrange for you :)
4. We will notify you the confirmation/approval by whats app once we received your application :)
