Wall Rope Yoga

This class is designed to use the rope wall and other props to allow the spine to stabilize and lengthen, using natural forces, such as gravity, resistances and practitioner’s own body weight to deepen stretches, build strength and increase awareness of body’s alignment.

 

Chair Yoga  

75 Minutes  Relaxed & Therapy 

This gentle class uses both the yoga mat and a chair and is designed for relaxation.  You will experience deep, rhythmic breathing accompanied by simple stretches in a safe and comfortable setting. When the mind quiets down and your body resolves patterns of tension, then harmony and well-being are naturally restored. Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult.
